Role Overview: As a Manager (Accounts & Finance) with a CA Inter qualification, you will be responsible for various financial activities to ensure the smooth financial operations of the company. Your main responsibilities will include accurate preparation of financial statements, managing month-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and monitoring budgets, providing variance analysis, and assisting in financial planning and forecasting. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating internal and statutory audits, ensuring their timely completion, and addressing any audit queries that may arise. Monitoring and managing the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial health will also be a key part of your job. In this role, you will be required to prepare and present monthly management information system (MIS) reports to senior management, aiding them in making informed decisions. As a leader, you will mentor and lead the accounts team, ensuring efficient workflows and fostering professional development among team members.
