Job Description

Strong knowledge of accounting principles , procedures , regulations , analytical skills , resolve of accounting issues , identify gaps and implement improvements for department

Roles :

1. Verification and posting of accounting vouchers especially receipts and payments under proper accounting heads.

2. General Ledger scrutiny and ensuring monthly closing of Trial Balance , follow up of pending Invoices, making monthly provisions .

3. Ensuring and finalisation of TDS , TCS , GST , Income , PF , ESIC , PT and all taxes tally with Trial Balance against documents filed with authorities by online / portal and are before due date.

4. Prepartion of various schedules and replies required for Statutory Audit , Tax Audits , Assessments and Appeals

5. Reconciliation of GST credit taken in portal tallies with books of accounts , follow up for pending Invoices from Purchase department / vendors / consultants
