Management Trainee

As an Assistant to the CBM, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the site aesthetic and operations in alignment with the company standards. Your responsibilities will include managing and safeguarding stock and inventory for FAC, including redemption gifts, tools, and other assets while ensuring their quality is upheld. Additionally, you will assist in the import of ride and game equipment, accessories, and spares necessary for operations. You will be tasked with ensuring the quality and maintenance of redemption and edible items utilized in the Centre. Collaborating with the CBM, you will review receipts, daily sales, and cash deposits to establish goals, budgets, and targets for Playaza & MOT. Furthermore, you will contribute to maintaining optimal operational expenses to uphold financial control and support the smooth functioning of the Loyalty Program. In your role, you will review daily turf billings and assist in managing turf operations and Toyoz. It will be essential to monitor daily Redemption activities and conduct item tallies to reconcile with the stock. This is a full-time, permanent position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree and have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location is on-site.
