Management Trainee Human Resources (Artificial Intelligence)

Your role will also involve staying abreast of HR Tech and AI trends to propose forward-thinking solutions to the HR leadership team, as well as participating in pilot projects, proof-of-concept tests, and vendor assessments for AI tools in HR. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting best practices, use cases, and insights for knowledge management purposes. To excel in this role, you should hold a B. Tech degree and an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a renowned institute (expected graduation in 2025) with previous work experience. A background or coursework in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or HR Analytics is highly desirable. Proficiency in tools like Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL would be advantageous. An analytical mindset with a keen interest in data and emerging technologies, as well as exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential.
