Job Description

As a Learning Support Coordinator, your role involves coordinating the collection and consolidation of Training needs. You will provide support to employees and managers in using MyLearning platform efficiently. Additionally, you will consolidate information related to Training for audits such as IATF and V5000. Your responsibilities will also include receiving Training actions evaluations and participating in the action plan. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Training actions organization, enrollments, and invitations for Productive employees in the Production area - Participate in the scheduling of Training actions in Production according to the PDP - Coordinate Talent Development campaigns deployment within the Site for operators - Provide support in Employee relations activities and ensure the display and update of mandatory or legal postings within the Site - Collect, record, validate, and follow up on absences - Communicate information related to Time attendance to managers and allocate badges Involvement of Personnel: - Act as IP referent for the site and interface with Division & Group - Coordinate the building of the deployment plan with roadmaps leaders to propose annual action plans - Facilitate IP meetings on progresses and update the tools to pilot and follow-up the IP axe progress towards the budget - Support managers in the deployment of IP Best Practices and ensure compliance of the IP axe of the Self-Assessment - Contribute actively to the V5000 audit Well-being Actions: - Participate in the Well-being improvement plan and organize working groups to develop communication between actors of Valeo - Facilitate the deployment and analysis of feedback related to Quality of Life at Work with HRBPs - Participate in the creation and deployment of the Quality of Life at Work action plan and propose specific actions Administrative Support: - Support employees" arrivals and departures by explaining tools, managing and updating individual documents and files - Transfer information and documents to related structures when required - Relay necessary information to employees and managers related to all HR topics and declare and follow up work accidents Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively - Knowledge of HR processes and procedures Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
