What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations & process standardisation
Lead a team of 12–15 people
Assist in marketing, branding & social media
Manage hiring & manpower
Track ratings, reviews & subscriptions
Coordinate with vendors
Conduct periodic outlet visits for quality checks
What We’re Looking For: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience Strong leadership, communication & multitasking skills Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, social media tools) Residing in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate Perks: Direct mentorship from founders Hands-on startup experience across multiple functions Fast career growth opportunities
