Management Trainee- Consolidation

As a Management Trainee at Toluna, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects by coordinating with internal teams and collaborating closely with clients. Your role will involve ensuring balanced workload within the team and timely delivery of project deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include handling month-end closing and financial reporting activities of group entities, reviewing income statements and balance sheets, conducting variance analysis of balance sheets and P&L statements, preparing global consolidated financial statements using IFRS, responding to business queries related to variances, and performing intercompany reconciliations. To excel in this role, you should be a CA Fresher with good written and verbal communication skills. You must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, possess the ability to work effectively in teams, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
