Responsible for training all the department members
Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals, and objectives
Creating projects and oral presentations
Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered
Working with established client accounts
Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures, and methods used to be effective within each department
Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business.
Good analytical – You must be comfortable with basic Excel and be willing to try Google Docs

Experience in a management role or similar.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Superb attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Excellent time management skills.
