This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing their Bachelors or Masters in Management or related fields. **Key Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Front Desk Management:** - Serve as the first point of contact for parents, children, and visitors. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and empathy. - Maintain the reception area and visitor logs. - **Operations Support:** - Work under the Head of Operations to assist with day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups. - Help organize internal meetings, therapist schedules, and branch-level activities. - Track task completion, timelines, and documentation for the operations team. - **Scheduling & Coordination:** - Assist in planning therapy sessions, parent appointments, and center activities. - Coordinate between therapists, admin staff, and parents for smooth functioning. - **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of appointments, attendance, and reports. - Support in preparing basic operational reports and summaries. - **Communication:** - Ensure clear and timely internal communication across departments. - Help draft official communication like notices, reminders, and updates. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields. **Skills:** - Strong communication skills in English and the local language (Telugu/Tamil, depending on location). - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office tools. - A positive, learning-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor. **What You'll Gain:** - Real-time exposure to the operational side of a child-focused healthcare center. - Mentorship from experienced professionals in management and child development. - An opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the developmental journey of children.
