Job Summary:

At RupeeQ, the MIS Executive plays a vital role in driving data-backed decision-making. The role involves managing, analyzing, and presenting accurate data to help the management evaluate business performance, optimize processes, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across key departments.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify performance trends and business insights.

Develop and automate reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations teams for data consolidation and analysis.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS data and reports.

Support leadership in strategic planning and performance evaluation with actionable data insights.

Maintain and update internal databases and reporting systems regularly.

Identify data discrepancies and work on corrective measures.

Contribute to the development of new MIS tools or automation processes to enhance efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Macros) or Google Sheets.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools (preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Knowledge of SQL or database management will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.

13 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or similar profile.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Timeliness and accuracy of reports shared with management.

Efficiency in automating manual reporting processes.

Clarity, consistency, and impact of insights presented to leadership.
