Management Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive integration planning across priority workstreams, ensuring clarity on scope, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Lead milestone tracking, reporting, and structured escalation of risks/issues within the IMO.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess integration readiness, uncover pain points, and identify intervention opportunities.
• Develop high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership to guide decision-making.
• Coordinate with teams across both hospital entities to ensure alignment, progress, and governance adherence.
• Provide PMO/IMO rigor and structure maintaining cadence, documentation, and smooth execution of the PMI program.

Skills & Experience Required

• 5-10 years of consulting experience, ideally with exposure to post-merger integration programs.
• Healthcare or hospital sector experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, drive structured execution, and communicate with clarity.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with high visibility and accountability.
