Managed IT Services, Senior Associate (Wintel Engineer)

You are a Managed IT Back Office Engineer at RSM, a provider of professional services to the middle market globally. Your role is crucial in providing operational support to the service desk while configuring, maintaining, and enhancing efficiency on various technology services. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be exposed to monitoring, security, and continuity services. Working closely with the highly trained engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining complex technology solutions across diverse client environments. This includes monitoring solutions, security solutions, backup solutions, and patching solutions. Your role will involve adopting and learning new technologies, interfacing with the service desk and consulting teams, and ensuring compliance with client security standards and confidentiality of information. To excel in this role, you need to have 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology Security Solutions. Additionally, 3 years of experience in Windows domain, including support on Desktop, Laptop & Servers OS Administration, is preferred. Knowledge of Vulnerability Management tools like Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, Patch Management tools like SCCM, and experience in Monitoring, Antivirus, Windows OS troubleshooting, OS Upgradation, Storage concepts, Active Directory, Virtualization concepts, scripting, and basic networking concepts are highly desirable. As a Managed IT Back Office Engineer, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to quickly assess technical issues, manage individual workload, and work effectively as part of a team. The shift timings for this role are from 2PM to 11PM & 3PM to 12PM.
