Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to adhere to the organization's policies, diagnose, assess, and treat patients" physical problems/conditions. You will be expected to develop and review treatment programs that promote exercise and movement using various techniques. It is essential to document patient case notes, reports, and collect statistics while liaising with other healthcare professionals for patient referrals and information exchange. Additionally, you will need to provide proper advice on home programs, conduct study and case presentations, and ensure patient testimonials are obtained. Your success in this role will be measured by ensuring patient care and satisfaction, conducting regular case studies and presentations, documenting all patient cases and testimonials, contributing to the development of new treatment procedures, and staying updated on recent advances in treatment. Key competencies required for this position include patient care, people management skills, process orientation, and a curiosity to learn and explore. The educational qualification required for this position is a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), while a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience is also necessary to excel in this role.,
