Job Description: Medical Social Worker

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/- per month

Job Responsibilities:

Provide psychosocial support to patients and their families.
Assess patient needs and connect them with relevant healthcare and community resources.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients about available medical and social services.
Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care coordination.
Advocate for patient rights and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW preferred).
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emotional and sensitive situations with compassion.
