Position: Male Hostel Warden

Location: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
Accommodation: On-campus accommodation with meals provided.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and disciplined Male Hostel Warden to oversee the well-being, discipline, and security of male students residing in the school hostel. The warden will serve as a mentor and guide, ensuring a safe and structured living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily routine of male hostel students, ensuring adherence to hostel rules.
• Monitor student behavior, discipline, and academic progress.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper hostel maintenance.
• Act as a mentor and counselor, addressing student concerns with empathy and guidance.
• Maintain strict security protocols to ensure student safety.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to address student behavioral issues.
• Handle medical emergencies, coordinating with the school infirmary and parents.
• Organize recreational and wellness activities to foster a positive hostel environment.
• Assist in conflict resolution and promote a culture of respect and cooperation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Degree/Diploma in Education, Psychology, or Social Work preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a boys’ residential school.
• Strong disciplinary and leadership skills.
• Approachable and empathetic personality to mentor students.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain order.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to stay on campus and be available for students 24/7.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Adaptability to a residential school setting.
