Role Summary: The Male Hostel Warden will oversee the day-to-day management of a boys' hostel at an entrance coaching or competitive exam center. The role involves maintaining discipline, ensuring the well-being of residents, managing hostel operations, and fostering a supportive environment conducive to academic growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Hostel Management: Supervise and manage hostel facilities, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. Ensure all hostel rules and regulations are followed by residents. Handle room allocation and maintain an updated record of residents. 2. Resident Welfare: Provide a supportive environment for students to focus on their studies. Address and resolve grievances or conflicts among students promptly. Monitor students' health and well-being, including first aid in emergencies. 3. Discipline and Security: Enforce discipline and ensure adherence to the hostel code of conduct. Supervise entry/exit timings and maintain attendance records. Coordinate with security staff to ensure the safety of students. 4. Administrative Duties: Maintain inventory of hostel supplies and coordinate with the management for requirements. Prepare and submit reports related to hostel activities and incidents. Assist in organizing hostel activities, events, or study sessions. 5. Parent/Guardian Communication: Communicate with parents/guardians regarding any issues or concerns related to their wards. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience as a warden in an entrance coaching or competitive exam center. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle disciplinary matters calmly and effectively. Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency handling. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping. Educational Requirements: Plus two above Minimum Experience : 2 year in same feild Salary: ₹15,000 and above (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Work Environment: The warden will typically reside on the hostel premises and be available to address issues 24/7. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
