The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, ensuring service metric guidelines are met, retaining customers, converting prospects, and assisting them in finding suitable partners. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming customers on-board, creating Member Profiles, understanding member preferences and expectations, and identifying unique aspects of each Member. You will be responsible for searching, screening, shortlisting potential partners, initiating meetings between members, and creating success stories. Building and maintaining strong relationships with members, providing an elite experience, and delivering top-notch service will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will manage a portfolio of customers with diligent follow-up. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent command over the English language, fluency in Malayalam (regional language), proactiveness, strong listening skills, and service orientation. Your ability to read and interact effectively to understand customer requirements, along with high emotional intelligence, persuasion skills, punctuality, and impressive presentation skills, will be essential for success. In terms of competencies, you are expected to embody values such as integrity, honesty, and respect. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, along with active listening, executive presence, business and telephone etiquette, influencing skills, empathy, self-drive, initiative, stress management abilities, and a willingness to learn are all critical competencies for this role.
