Job Description

As a Malayalam Telecaller at V CATCH, you will be responsible for engaging with clients in Malayalam, handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed product or service information, resolving customer queries, and meticulously recording all interactions. Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients in Malayalam through both inbound and outbound calls - Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services - Resolve customer queries effectively and in a timely manner - Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions Qualifications: - Fluency in both Malayalam and English, both spoken and written - Freshers are welcome to apply - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining composure under pressure - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is advantageous - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team,
