Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courteous behavior when interacting with customers. Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry or related field (Malayalam speaking candidates preferred). Strong communication skills in Malayalam language (written & spoken). Ability to work on domestic voice process/voice support roles. Basic computer knowledge required; proficiency in MS Office applications an added advantage.
