Make Up artist Cum Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Makeup Artist cum Manager to provide expert makeup services and manage day-to-day salon operations. The ideal candidate will not only excel in makeup artistry but also lead the team, ensure high service quality, and maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:Makeup Artist Role:

• Provide professional makeup services for bridal, party, fashion shoots, and other special occasions.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable makeup styles and products.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of makeup tools and work area.
• Stay updated with latest makeup trends, techniques, and products.
• Advise clients on skincare and beauty tips.

Manager Role:

• Manage salon operations and ensure all services are delivered at a high standard.
• Lead and supervise beauticians, hairdressers, and other salon staff.
• Handle appointment scheduling, staff performance, and customer complaints.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the salon.
• Manage inventory of makeup products, tools, and supplies.
• Monitor sales, achieve targets, and participate in promotional activities.
• Train and motivate staff to improve skills and customer service.
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a professional Makeup Artist and Manager in a salon.
• Expertise in bridal, party, and fashion makeup.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Knowledge of latest makeup trends and beauty products.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification in Makeup Artistry and Beauty Therapy.
• Previous experience in managing salon operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
