Majesco Business Analyst

The Business Analyst position requires 3-9 years of experience. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with customers to define configuration requirements and develop an overall approach for the client. Your responsibilities will include producing requirement and functional design documents using an agile gap-analysis approach to address customer needs. You will also be responsible for clarifying domain-related queries for the Scrum team. Your duties will involve creating and reviewing functional requirements and gap documents through process flows and diagrams. Additionally, you will configure products and business process rules to address customer challenges. Providing inputs to the Product management team for enhancing base product features will be part of your role. You will review end-to-end test strategies and cases for customer scenarios and train end-users on implemented business functionalities. As a Business Analyst, you will manage end-to-end business requirement sessions, including running workshops and owning business deliverables on a project. Coordinating inter-dependencies and resolving issues will also be essential tasks. The skills and attributes required for this role include expertise in Business Analysis, strong communication skills, and domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) / Life & Annuity Insurance industries in different regions such as India, Asia Pacific, North America, and the UK. Estimation, reviewing end-to-end test strategies, and willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings are also necessary for this position.,
