Maintenence Technician

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repair of equipment, infrastructure, and facilities across the outlet or central kitchen. This role ensures that all assets are in good working condition, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, and supports smooth business operations by proactively addressing maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general infrastructure. Respond promptly to repair requests and resolve issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance or part replacements. Maintain a daily log of inspections, repairs, and service schedules. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are stored and used safely. Assist in setup and dismantling of appliances/equipment during events, deep cleaning, or layout changes. Follow safety protocols and report any potential hazards or incidents to the Manager. Support inventory management for maintenance supplies and spare parts. Collaborate with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams to ensure all operational needs are met. Be available for emergency repairs during off-hours or weekends if needed. Requirements: Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for long periods. Good communication and coordination skills. Minimum qualification: 10th pass or ITI preferred.
