Job description
Role & responsibilities
1. Manage the process new machinery, plant and equipment installation in collaboration with all relevant parties.
2. Manage the team to ensure Critical and Plant machine availability, re actively managing functional machinery with the Shift management.
3. Reconditioning and Retrofitting of Obsolete System and Spares of Existing Machines.
4. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities,
5. Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment to write off to physically removing it and its safe and lawful disposal.
6. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems & Focus and Implement on Resource (Air &Water)
7. Adherence to follow daily and weekly machine maintenance chart
