Maintenance Technician (Refrigeration, Cooling & HVAC)

As a Maintenance Technician at the food manufacturing unit and restaurant outlets of the company, your role will involve maintaining all equipment, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration (cold rooms, chillers, IQF), to ensure production continuity. You will be responsible for implementing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing and repairing issues, and collaborating with various departments for coordinated maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems - Diagnose and repair issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity - Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions - Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and performance - Maintain inventory and spare parts for necessary resources - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with other departments for coordinated maintenance - Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Qualifications: - Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills - Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills - Experience in Maintenance & Repair - Knowledge of refrigeration, cooling, and HVAC systems - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Previous experience in the food production industry is beneficial,
