Job Summary:

JTS Pvt Ltd is seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Technicians to ensure the smooth operation, repair, and upkeep of our machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have a background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance with a strong problem-solving attitude. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and standards.
• Assist in equipment installation and setup of new machinery.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or faults.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts

Qualifications:

• ITI (Electrician, Fitter, Welder)
• 0 to 7 years of relevant experience in maintenance (freshers can apply)

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, conveyors, or CNC machines
• Understanding of safety procedures and standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
