Maintenance Technician (Electrical Focused)

As an Engineer/Senior Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to equipment maintenance and repair, equipment installation, solutions analysis, quality control, operational compliance, health, safety, and environment protocols, work scheduling, personal capability building, internal communications, and supporting improvement and innovation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance routines. - Assist in the installation of complex systems and conduct inspections of equipment with guidance. - Analyze and find effective solutions to routine functional inquiries following established procedures. - Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring a high level of independent judgment. - Develop a working knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes relevant to your work. - Follow mandatory procedures and methods to ensure environmental and personal safety. - Organize your daily work schedule in alignment with changing priorities. - Develop and maintain process or technical skills through training and coaching activities. - Utilize internal communication systems to access specific information as needed. - Support in implementing improvements and change management tasks. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Electrical/Automobile. - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience. Your role will also involve utilizing skills such as: - Verbal Communication: Provide clear and effective communication without supervision, offering technical guidance when needed. - Health and Safety Management: Apply safe work systems with guidance. - Planning and Organizing: Plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet business objectives efficiently. - Policy and Procedures: Interpret and understand organizational policies and procedures to align with strategies and objectives. - Equipment Utilization: Optimize the use of production plant, equipment, and materials. - Service Conversations: Navigate customer conversations effectively using the four parts of a service conversation. - Field Service Interactions: Engage with customers in face-to-face interactions, creating positive defining moments. - Technical Support: Provide customer-oriented support to help engineers connect with customers efficiently.
