Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician in our gown manufacturing process, your role involves performing regular, scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment. This includes sewing machines, stitching machines, cutting equipment, DG, compressor, and more. You will be responsible for inspecting and lubricating machinery to ensure optimal performance, as well as proactively replacing worn-out parts to prevent production delays. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose problems with machinery, electrical systems, and other equipment - Carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems - Work closely with production teams to ensure minimal downtime during machine repairs and maintenance - Analyse trends in machine failures and recommend changes to equipment or processes to reduce incidents - Maintain inventories of equipment parts by checking stock and placing orders Qualifications Required: - ITI/Diploma in any field - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment - Experience in a gown or textile manufacturing environment is a plus In addition, you will need to have familiarity with basic electrical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
