Key Responsibilities: -
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment
(e.g., tablet compression machines, filling lines, autoclaves, HVAC, WFI, AHUs, etc.).
- Maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems (DG, boiler, chiller, air compressor, etc.).
- Execution of daily maintenance schedules and maintaining logs
. - Calibration of instruments and support in validation activities.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring minimum downtime.
- Coordination with production and QA for equipment readiness.
- Maintaining spares inventory and service records.
- Implementation of safety measures during maintenance activities.
Qualification & Experience: - Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation. - 2–6 years of experience in maintenance in a regulated pharmaceutical unit.
Skills Required: - Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment and utility systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
. - Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Good record-keeping and coordination ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
