Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Execution Contractors to define the full scope of Maintenance repair jobs. Your role will involve conducting offshore surveys to estimate job resources, preparing detailed job plans and work packs, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of Maintenance activities. Additionally, you will be identifying potential risks, planning and scheduling work orders using SAP/FIORI, and coordinating offshore requirements with Execution Leads for smooth workforce allocation. Your proactive attitude towards continuous improvement will play a key role in analyzing field execution feedback to enhance work planning quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Execution Contractors to define the full scope of Maintenance repair jobs. - Conduct offshore surveys to estimate job resources (materials, tools, labor, equipment). - Prepare detailed job plans and work packs, ensuring safe and efficient execution of Maintenance activities. - Identify potential risks, required permits, and contingencies using planner checklists and maintenance frameworks. - Plan and schedule work orders using SAP/FIORI, maintaining a healthy backlog aligned with job priorities. - Validate and update maintenance order fields based on stakeholder feedback (target dates, priorities, function locations, etc.). - Work with engineering and field teams to resolve technical issues such as corrosion, pipe defects, or structural degradation. - Coordinate offshore requirements with Execution Leads to ensure smooth workforce allocation. - Analyze field execution feedback to continuously improve work planning quality and efficiency. Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. - Proven experience in Maintenance planning: fabrication, painting, insulation, and corrosion protection. - Awareness of Maintenance related codes, standards, and best practices. - Strong experience in SAP/CMMS systems (SAP-PM, FIORI) for work order planning and tracking. - Ability to estimate materials, forecast labor and costs, and track execution progress. - Familiarity with digital tools for job planning and scheduling. - Excellent communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore personnel. - Strong stakeholder management and coordination ability.
