Job Description

Position: Maintenance Manager

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems (HT & LT):

Oversee high-tension and low-tension electrical line controls.
Maintain and troubleshoot main panels, DG sets, DG control panels, UPS systems (online), and electrical distribution.

Utilities & HVAC Systems:

Manage AHU, HVAC systems, process chillers, air compressors, and line-wise utility distribution.
Supervise the operation and maintenance of cooling towers and ensure temperature controls across departments.

Water Systems:

Operate and maintain water purification systems including RO, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), and Boilers.
Ensure all systems meet environmental and safety compliance.

Team & Process Management:

Lead the maintenance team, schedule preventive maintenance, and reduce equipment downtime.
Manage AMC vendors, spare inventory, safety checks, and documentation for audits.
