Maintenance Incharge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Incharge with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing maintenance of machines, electrical, electronics, and general utilities in a factory environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to carry out daily, preventive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, electrical systems, electronics, and utility equipment (compressors, pumps, generators, etc.).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose faults, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and machine history logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to factory maintenance.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Plan and monitor spare parts inventory, vendor management, and AMC contracts.
• Train and guide technicians/operators on basic machine upkeep.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in factory/plant maintenance.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, electrical systems, PLC basics, and general utilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Soft Skills: Leadership ability, problem-solving, analytical thinking, good communication, and team management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
