Must have a good knowledge of attending to the breakdowns both mechanical and electrical, and implement preventive maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilties
1)Go Around the Shop floor Frequently, Monitor the Performance of Each Machinery, And take Immediate Corrective Action incase of Breakdown.
2)Should Also Coordinate with Safety Engineer to Avoid any Accidents.
3)Must Prepare a plan for preventive maintenance and implement the same, strictly.
4)Must Assess spares Requirement and Plant Procuring the same well in Advance.
Experience
Diploma / Engineering Mechanical, Electrical( Electrical C license ) min 5 years Experience in Maintaining Manufacturing plant.
Aac blocks Manufacturing plant Experience More Advantages.
