Responsibilities Responsible for School & Hostel Maintenance Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems, water management, Waste removal, playground, Building, Furniture and equipments etc., Identify and coordinate for infrastructure activities Liaisoning with Government agencies as appropriate. Focus on Water and Energy management Garden and Landscape management Should attend the issues and resolve it (24/7) Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Requirements and skills Proven experience as maintenance manager. Knowledge on sewage treatment plant Knowledge and exposure on utility maintenance.
