Post: Maintenance Head Forging *Education* : BE / DME Mechanical or Electrical *Experience* : 18-20 Years of experience *Location Pune Chakan* *Job Description* : Essential Roles and Deliverables 1) Overall control of Maintenance department and co-ordination with all the related departments to achieve Maintenance & Production Targets. 2) Responsible for all Plant level activities related to the repair Maintenance and replacement of equipment and production/ MFG facilities. 3) Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. 4) Managing & responsible for maintenance budgets, forecasting budgets & control maintenance costs 5) Planning & Procurement of Critical spare. 6) Supervise and train all maintenance team members. Preferred candidate profile 1. Overall responsibility of Maintenance Dept. 2. Maintain Press, Line MTTR & MTBF 3. Increase uptime 4. Preventive Maintenance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Forging, Auto, Press, MTTR & MTBF, IATF: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
