Maintenance Head-Forging

As the Maintenance Head Forging, your role will involve overseeing the Maintenance department and collaborating with other departments to meet Maintenance & Production targets efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking charge of all Plant-level activities related to equipment repair, maintenance, replacement, and production facilities. - Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure equipment and facilities are functioning correctly. - Managing maintenance budgets, forecasting budgets, and controlling maintenance costs effectively. - Planning and procuring critical spare parts. - Supervising and providing training to all maintenance team members. Preferred candidate profile: - Holding overall responsibility for the Maintenance Department. - Maintaining Press, Line MTTR & MTBF. - Increasing uptime. - Conducting Preventive Maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have a BE/DME in Mechanical or Electrical with 18-20 years of experience in Forging, Auto, Press, MTTR & MTBF, and IATF.
