Maintenance Head-Forging

The Maintenance Head Forging position requires a candidate with a BE/DME in Mechanical or Electrical and a minimum of 18-20 years of experience. The role is based in Pune, Chakan. As the Maintenance Head, your primary responsibilities will include overall control of the Maintenance department and coordination with all related departments to achieve Maintenance & Production Targets. You will be accountable for all Plant-level activities related to repair, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and production facilities. Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities is crucial to the role. You will be responsible for managing maintenance budgets, forecasting budgets, and controlling maintenance costs. Additionally, planning and procurement of critical spare parts will be under your supervision. Training and overseeing all maintenance team members will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, particularly in maintaining Press, Line MTTR & MTBF, increasing uptime, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Experience in Forging, Auto, Press, MTTR & MTBF, and IATF for at least 10 years is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provision and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the candidate should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra. The work location is in person.,
