Maintenance Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform regular preventive maintenance on extrusion machines. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in extrusion lines. Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation during shifts. Assist in machine setup and alignment for different production runs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine histories. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance tasks. Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize machine-related defects or downtime. Suggest and implement improvements to increase machine efficiency and reliability.
