Job Role:

MIVI is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime of all production machinery, utilities and plant equipment. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and coordination with the production team to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of assembly line machinery, soldering stations, testing equipment and other production tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues in production and utility equipment.
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules, checklists and logs to ensure compliance with ISO/Factory standards.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve line efficiency.
• Ensure proper calibration and functioning of testing and measuring instruments used in TWS, soundbar and speaker production.
• Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components for repairs.
• Supervise AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or installations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement in plant operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in plant or production maintenance, preferably in electronics or consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMT machines, soldering equipment, assembly jigs, and testing instruments is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electro-mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, 5S, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments with flexible shifts.
