Maintenance Executive- Off Role

As a Maintenance Executive at Moove, you will contribute significantly to the optimal functioning and upkeep of the company's assets. Your role will involve overseeing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs, covering preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs for the fleet. - Handle supplier calls seeking authorization for maintenance and repairs. - Review supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing and validity of maintenance services. - Uphold quality, compliance, and safety standards for Moove's assets. - Control and monitor repair costs (parts and labor) within the maintenance fund guidelines. - Negotiate goodwill claims from OEM for repairs slightly beyond warranty parameters. - Process Insurance claims following policy requirements and provide effective reporting. - Ensure expedited completion of all Insurance claims to minimize vehicle downtime. - Establish, manage, assess, and nurture relationships with Suppliers and Repair outlets to optimize fleet uptime. - Maintain a continuous improvement approach towards processes and systems to enhance efficiencies. - Address ad hoc investigations and provide solutions as needed. Qualifications Required: - High School Certificate - Competency in Motor Mechanics - 1-2 years of fleet maintenance experience preferred - Associates or Technical degree in Motor Mechanics advantageous - Hands-On Fleet Industry Experience is essential - Strong customer service and organizational skills are necessary - Attention to detail is compulsory - Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office; Google Office Suite, and web-based applications preferred (Note: The additional details of the company provided in the JD have been omitted as they were not directly related to the job role.),
