Maintenance Executive

Job Description

(1)Develop and implement maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks (2)Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work, including work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. (3)Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate repairs to minimise disruptions. (4)Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper maintenance techniques and safety procedures. (5)Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing. (6)Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources. (7)Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology to recommend and implement improvements.
