Maintenance Engineering

• Preventive Maintenance:Performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:Diagnosing and fixing equipment malfunctions, including replacing parts, and coordinating with other departments for repairs.
• Technical Expertise:Utilizing their knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and other engineering principles to maintain and repair a wide range of equipment.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintaining records of maintenance activities, creating reports on equipment performance, and managing spare parts inventory.
• Collaboration:Working with other engineers, technicians, and production staff to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Cost Management:Monitoring maintenance costs, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Age limit:20 to 30.
