Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on automated process equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, or Allen Bradley), AC/DC drives, and instrumentation.
• Monitor and tune PID controllers for precision process control.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot pneumatic systems, valves, actuators, and air preparation units.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Adhere strictly to plant safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and quality compliance guidelines.
• Required Technical Skills & Expertise
• PLC Knowledge: Hands-on programming, troubleshooting, and fault-finding experience with major PLC brands (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Omron).
• Drives & Controls: Experience with VFDs/drives, control panels, and sensor wiring.
• Process Control: Practical understanding and implementation of PID loops.
• Automation & Pneumatics: Deep understanding of pneumatic circuits, automated assembly lines, and electro-pneumatic components.
• Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to diagnose electrical and mechanical failures quickly.
