The role involves assisting in the maintenance and repair of machinery and infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities: 1.Support scheduled and preventive maintenance activities. 2.Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and failures. 3.Maintain records of maintenance and repairs. 4.Learn to operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently. 5.Work with vendors and contractors for outsourced services. 6.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Required Skills: 1.Basic understanding of industrial machines, tools, and maintenance techniques. 2.Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics. 3.Willingness to work in shifts and field environments. 4.Good organizational and teamwork skills. 5.Enthusiastic to learn and grow in a technical role.
