Job Description

Must posses and have Hands-on knowledge of Hydraulics, Mechanical, Electrical & Pneumatic aspects of machines & equipments ,Trouble forecasting ,conversant with trouble-shooting techniques & analysis.
Must have good knowledge of injection molding machine maintenace & process Must have good knowledge of pick & place robotos used in injection molding machine.
Must have good knowledge of different types of sensors like: phoroelectric, laser, ultrasonic, fiber optic, pick to light, temperature and vibration sensors.
Must have good knowledge of barcode softwares & printers.
Responsible for day today breakdown attending and its records.
Responsible for Adhering the preventive maintenance Plan Monitoring & maintaining the spare parts for the machines.
Updating & maintaining the machine history card.
Preparation for Indent to procure new spares/ machines.
Ensure all relevant documents, records, trends are updated and kept properly.
Responsible for Breakdown Analysis & Corrective action implementation.
Responsible for identification & Implementation of kaizen To Carried Out Safety Awareness Program Among The All Team Members.
Responsible for maintaining Safe And Quality Work Place Environment.
Responsible for cost saving projects identification & implementation.
Responsible for Measuring equipment calibration, Maintaining calibration reports, adhering schedule
