Role & responsibilities 1. Setup and maintain Costing Systems and evaluation Costing Standards for Tooling & 3d Proto. 2. Managing RFQ & P2P cycle from Concept Development stage to Finished Goods stage.3. Verify Supplier quotations and follow up costing issues with suppliers and in-house engineers. 4. Prepare ZBC / tooling cost breakdowns / analysis reports for cost evaluation and control. 5. Coordinate with other parties on product life cycle follow up and costing approval progress. 6. Understand toolmaker capability and capacity for direct & indirect tooling supplier and manage supplier relationships. 7. Negotiates all commercial aspects of tool & Proto purchasing. 8. Perform WAVE in Process to achieve the P SAVING.9. Seek and attain cost avoidances / cost reduction opportunities for tool purchases.10. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by manager.11. Should have min 2 years of experience in Proto parts sourcing through process like SLA, SLS, MJF , DLP and Vacuum casting of plastic parts.Preferred candidate profile Experience in Tools & Proto PurchasingPerks and benefits Insurance and other benefits

Role & Responsibilities :- Manpower Budgeting Coordinate with the department to identify Manpower requirements.Ensure Manpower rationalization during Manpower Budgeting approval from Management Sanction on the same.Prepare and execute strategy regarding Maintaining diversified manpower.Monitoring Manpower Budget v/s ActualsEnsure optimum utilization of available Human capital.Manpower SourcingResponsible for providing optimum agreed manpower as per Budget.Managing the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after the identification of manpower within the decided time frame.Maintaining employee Fitment in terms of position, facilities & compensation of new employees w.r.t. existing employees.Responsible for the Recruitment cycle right from sourcing of candidates up to employee onboarding.Budgeting & Cost Control Preparing HR & Admin Annual budget.Monitoring actuals wrt the budget. , provide time-to-time status to Management.Take Preventive & corrective actions to control cost, Manpower within budget.Organization Development Ensure availability of updated Job Description and competency mapping for each position.Ensure clarity on the Roles and responsibilities of each position.Prepare & execute annual Employee engagement, Involvement and development plan.Design & implement Reward & Recognition procedure & appreciate deserving employees.Performance Management Responsible for adherence of PMS process at the respective location.Assist HoD to set Departmental & employee goals.Responsible for Half yearly performance review.Establish System & prepare appropriate documentation for Performance appraisal review, Salary revision, Promotions, Ensure effective Feedback mechanism is followed during Half & Annual review process. .Compensation & BenefitsSalary benchmarking as per Area Industrial PracticePropose & provide employee benefits wrt Area Industrial PracticeProvide errorless Payroll data of Attendance, deductions etc to Process errorless Payroll on time.Training & DevelopmentCoordinate with HoD to identify desired Competency & Skill level.Prepare Competency Mapping for each position to identify gaps.Collect Competency Gaps received from Competency Mapping, Skill Matrix, Audits, Customer feedback, Performance reviews & all other source to prepare annual Training calendar.Identify Internal & External Trainers to prepare Annual Training Budget. Ensure Training Effectiveness & Return on Investment.Prepare Annual Training report.Industrial RelationIdentifying & resolving potential issues related to Labour Union.Ensure no breakdown due to labour unrest.Efforts to maintain harmonious & healthy workplace Prepare & Control Collective Bargaining Process. Responsible of executing of Long Term Wage Settlement in peaceful.Negotiating on demands & nurturing increase in efficiency by various means.Grievance Handling & Disciplinary ActionsPrepare & execute Grievance Handling committee.Coordinate with committee to resolve issues at initial stage.Initiate domestic enquiry & disciplinary action against defaulter employees.Support Head of Department to maintain discipline at work.Team Performance Responsible for effective utilization of available teammates.Responsible for fixing up subordinates KRA.Statutory ComplianceResponsible for establishment and labor-related compliance.Ensure follow of the statutory calendar to ensure 100% compliance.Labour Contractor ManagementPrepare the Service agreement for services like Transportation, Security, Canteen, Housekeeping etc. Impanel the best Labour Contractor after validations.Contractor Auditing.Environmental, Health & SafetyConduct EHS Audit once in Two years from a competent person.Create EHS awareness through training, mock drills, workshops, etc.Ensure maintenance of Near Miss, Minor and major accident records & perform analysis to take necessary action to avoid this in the future.
