Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various machines and equipment in the manufacturing plant. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing maintenance and lubrication tasks on twisting machines based on the preventive maintenance schedule - Conducting lubrication, condition monitoring, and preventive maintenance on treating machine rollers - Ensuring proper maintenance of gear boxes, drives, exhaust systems, recirculation fans, TFH, hot oil pumps, water pumps, AOD pumps, chemical pumping systems, and utility equipment - Operating and maintaining wet scrubbers and LPG systems - Managing mechanical spare parts inventory and updating maintenance documents regularly - Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the twisting machines to enhance productivity - Improving yarn bath in twisting and treating machines to achieve a higher quality product - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address unresolved issues and enhance product quality - Participating in ISO and IATF audits to ensure compliance with quality standards - Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and quantity The company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
