Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Preventive, Predictive, Shut down & Break down Maintenance of press line/CNC/VMC machines electrical & electronics maintenance.
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Diagnosing breakdown problems
The Equipment maintenance shift in charge.
Find out Root cause for Break downs and to work towards permanent solutions.
Breakdown analysis, equipment & utilities, work towards achieving MTBF & MTTR targets.
Carry out Preventive Maintenance for Utilities and all machine & daily check points verification for Machines.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 3 years experience in Maintenance of Press line/CNC/VMC machines/ electrical & electronics maintenance.
Knowledge on MTTR/MTBF.
Knowledge on Preventive maintenance.
ISO TS awareness.
Responsible as a Shift In charge
Should be comfortable to work in all three shifts.
Able to handle workmen.
