Maintenance Engineer - Car Parking System Manufacturing

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Engineer/Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility will be diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults in car parking equipment. You will perform routine maintenance and inspections, manage and execute AMC contracts, provide excellent customer service and technical support, and handle the service team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in car parking equipment. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections. - Manage and execute AMC contracts. - Provide excellent customer service and technical support. - Handle the service team efficiently. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in post-installation service and AMCs. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - A proactive and customer-focused approach.
