As a Maintenance Coordinator at Bradken, you will work alongside the Maintenance teams to support preventive maintenance tasks and monitor performance against plans. Your responsibilities will include identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Maintenance Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Support preventive maintenance tasks - Monitor performance against plans - Identify discrepancies and report to the Maintenance Manager Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/Electrical Engineering - Candidates with 12 years of experience in foundry equipment maintenance, preferably in the No-bake process, will be given preference - Apply functional and technical expertise to excel in the role - Proficiency in computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred - Demonstrate initiative to tackle challenges in a dynamic and high-pressure environment - Communicate clearly and effectively in various styles to achieve In this role, you'll have the opportunity to dive into different Maintenance processes, refining your skills and contributing significantly to developing best practices at Bradken. With your proactive and detail-focused mindset, you'll provide essential project support through research, material preparation, coordination efforts, handling correspondence, and crafting reports on project progress and other key tasks.
