Maintenance/ Admin Asstt.

Qualification: Graduate, must have know of computer- excel/ word.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute machinery maintenance schedules, including both AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) servicing and internal servicing, to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce downtime.

2. Develop and implement mitigation plans for critical equipment to maintain availability and ensure minimal production disruption.

3. Inspect and validate harness test jigs for proper functionality in accordance with testing standards.

4. Conduct regular safety audits, ensuring:

· Installation and condition of safety guards,

· Fire extinguishers are accessible and refilled as per schedule,

· Smoke detector and mock drill tests are conducted periodically,

· Earth pit testing is scheduled and recorded,

· First aid kits are well-stocked and accessible.

5. Ensure strict use and monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among shop floor personnel and enforce compliance with safety protocols.

6. Inspect administrative utilities such as lighting, water supply, and basic facility infrastructure to support smooth operations.

7. Ensure that assembly points and emergency exits are free from obstructions or abnormal materials and remain clearly marked and accessible at all times.

8. Maintain detailed records of preventive maintenance, safety inspections, calibration schedules, and equipment performance logs.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
